If you missed approving a leave request, you don’t need to add it manually right away - you can still approve it if it’s in pending status.
Approving a pending leave
Type “pending” in AttendanceBot
You’ll see a list of pending leave requests
Click on Approve for the relevant request
Once approved, the employee will be notified automatically.
What if the leave isn't visible in the list?
If the request is no longer available for approval or you can't find it (e.g., it wasn’t submitted or was removed), you can add the leave manually on behalf of the employee.
