Anyone can log an issue by just typing it up as a direct message to OfficeAmp.
The user can pick the right category and urgency and then the issue would be assigned to the right person automatically.
The assigned person is notified and can resolve the issue
Once the issue is resolved, the submitter of the request is notified
When in doubt say "help"
And when in trouble, just connect to our support team by saying "dialm" for a live chat. They are really helpful and would answer your questions right away. Heck they will even take any feature requests they have and get cracking on them :)
